I’ve been a Galpin customer since 2005 and have worked with Adrian on my last two vehicles. Yesterday I had every intention of buying out my lease and Adrienne took me through all of the options and showe with Adrian on my last two vehicles. Yesterday I had every intention of buying out my lease and Adrienne took me through all of the options and showed me the financial benefits of leasing a new vehicle. He went out of his way to find the right vehicle for my needs and within a couple of hours I had traded in my lease and was driving away in my new Ford Explorer. I have been prepping for my lease end for several months and have been working Adrian the whole time. While he specializes in commercial sales and fleets, he put in several hours for my single vehicle purchase, and I truly appreciate it. I will be back for my next vehicle. More

I honestly don’t even know where to begin, David’s level of customer service is on another level. We first connected over a year ago, and from day one he was professional, personable, and incredibly persist of customer service is on another level. Even though we couldn’t make a deal at that time, he never disappeared. He stayed in touch consistently, whether it was a quick check-in or a simple holiday message, which really showed how much he values relationships, not just transactions. Fast forward to last Thursday, I reached out to him again about a vehicle, and once again, David proved he’s a true expert at what he does. His knowledge, responsiveness, and ability to make the process smooth and stress free are unmatched. By Monday, I was driving off the lot in my brand new vehicle, all thanks to him. David, keep doing exactly what you’re doing. The industry needs more professionals like you. If you’re looking for someone you can trust who will go above and beyond, David is your guy.
