Luis was very considerate of my wishes and did not pressure me. I found another vehicle online (at Arizona Car Sales) that fit my needs better, so I came back the next day. Have a service contract with Courtesy Chevrolet on my 2019 2500 dodge ram truck. Had it serviced today for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was fine but (and nothing matters before the but) it would’ve been nice if they also washed and vacuumed the vehicle. Just a little extra goes a long way.
