Our most recent experience a couple of days ago included Jason Briggs in the service department, Marc Dent, Karl Schoneman, Adam, Greg, and Dylan Christy was the master teacher in all things technology and synchronization. Their patience, professionalism, and eagerness to help make this an amazing Lexus dealership.

They all shared that they came to work there and stayed because of the culture and how they were treated. This in turn makes all of them a pleasure to work. Everyone from Brent to Marc to Scotti treated me like a VIP. I felt so special. That does not happen often. After purchasing 9 Lexus cars, they managed to raise the bar in Lexus service, not a small feat. Thank you for showing me a whole new way to buy a car and get tucked into it.
