I reported this concern to my service representative and he made a note for the service technician. When the car was ready, the service representative told me that they had found the problem and corrected it (two loose bolts on the exhaust). I also get a loaner car during the servicing, which non-Lexus dealers nearer my home do not provide. This is a quality dealership and I could not be happier with them. More
