My twenty-year experience with numerous new car sales personnel and service department employees has been excellent. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Concerning my recent purchase of a 2027 Corvette Grand Sport, I feel I got a fair trade-in value on my 2011 Corvette Grand Sport and a fair deal on my new Corvette from new car sales manager Dimitri Gabito, who was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I have the same comment for sales person Joaquin Montanez and finance manager Jeremy Martinez. More

I’m extremely disappointed with Courtesy Chevrolet Camelback. I took in my truck for service, as I needed looked at for a long road trip. The svc department kept for 3 biz days and it was never looke Camelback. I took in my truck for service, as I needed looked at for a long road trip. The svc department kept for 3 biz days and it was never looked at, however I was told through a text that it was being looked at by a tech. When I called to check status I was advised the truck had not been looked at, but that I could pick up veh.Manager in charge never apologized or seemed to be concerned about the situation. At this point, I do not recommend this service department. More

Went out to start car, battery dead. AAA came and started car. Called Courtesy and battery was under warranty and they could get me in right away for new battery. Courtesy Chevrolet failed to apply the 13k in discounts I went in for. Instead of honoring the advertised price, I was over charged and despite asking for management to show me exactly where the discounts went in for. Furthermore my trade has not been paid off, but dealership staff or vendors have taken it joy riding at all hours of the night, putting me at risk both legally and financially. I am disgusted with this dealership. They have had 14 bbb complaints in 12 months and I see why. They are a perfect example of unethical, dishonest, shady car sales people who will do anything to get an extra buck, while you pay the price. More
