I am incredibly grateful to Melanie Kranz and Bryan Holsapple for making the entire process so seamless. Melanie Kranz was exceptional throughout the sales phase. She was highly professional, incredibly knowledgeable and deeply patient with me. During our test drive she took the time to clearly show me the core features of the Camry. She was also extremely helpful in breaking down the details by providing me with two different financing options so I could choose what worked best for me. There were absolutely no high pressure tactics. Once we agreed on the vehicle, Bryan Holsapple handled the finance portion perfectly. There was a lot to paperwork to go through, but Bryan took the time to clearly explain what I was signing for every document. He was completely transparent and answered all my financing questions thoroughly. He processed the final paperwork efficiently so I didn't have to waste hours sitting in the office. After the final paperwork was completed and the sale was officially closed, Melanie went above and beyond. She took me back out to my new Camry to show me even more of the vehicles features and personally synced my phone to the car's system before I drove off. Buying a vehicle can be a stressful event but Melanie and Bryan proved that it can actually be an enjoyable straightforward experience.
