Been going to this dealership for many years. Last couple visits have been poor. On my last visit, I waited around 15 minutes before my advisor came to meet me even though it didn’t look busy. I Last couple visits have been poor. On my last visit, I waited around 15 minutes before my advisor came to meet me even though it didn’t look busy. I received my report with a list of additional services they were requesting . I had a serpentine belt replaced at another shop 6 months ago. Despite this, on two occasions , CT recommended changing the belt . I understand it might be hard to gauge belts and when they shoukd be replaced , however this time the advisor sent pics of it , said it was the most important thing I needed to do and even said he saw wear on the belt that was concerning . The belt is brand new and doesn’t need to be replaced . Makes me question their expertise and whether things really need to be replaced or if they are just pushing services for profit . More
