I purchased a 2023 BMW i4 from Certified Benz & Beemer in Scottsdale, Arizona. The vehicle was shipped to Illinois. When it arrived, I discovered damage that included: • Chipped/cracked windshield (replac Scottsdale, Arizona. The vehicle was shipped to Illinois. When it arrived, I discovered damage that included: • Chipped/cracked windshield (replacement estimate: $1,292) • Damage to the driver's door (repair estimate: $1,943) • Damage to the deck lid/trunk (repair estimate: $2,148) I obtained independent written estimates totaling more than $5,300. I asked the dealership to repair the damage, but they declined. I expected a dealership selling premium vehicles to stand behind what they sell. Instead, I was left with thousands of dollars in repair costs immediately after delivery. We had face to face meeting, and David James the General Sales Manager personally stated he would pay for the dent and coordinate the repair claim thru the transport company for the scratch dent... then I provided the estimated and he completely changed his position and would not pay for the repairs. I have all of the purchase documents, photographs, and independent repair estimates to support this review. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More

Where do I start… this is by far the worst dealership I have ever encountered. I have purchased many luxury cars in my lifetime, and never been treated so poorly. I purchased a BMW I4 with 25k miles that w have ever encountered. I have purchased many luxury cars in my lifetime, and never been treated so poorly. I purchased a BMW I4 with 25k miles that was in excellent condition when I visited the dealership. The dealership provided transportation/shipping, which I paid for, and the vehicle arrived damaged. There were 2 dents/scratches and a cracked windshield. I was not notified of any of the damage and the dealership is telling me I am responsible for all the repairs. Over $5000 in repairs. We will be pursuing mediation, arbitration, and/or legal action. Do NOT shop here. More

I recently purchased a BMW 330i (4‑cylinder turbo) from Certified Benz & Beemer, and I worked with Andy, who was excellent throughout the process. He was patient while I evaluated whether the 330i had enou Certified Benz & Beemer, and I worked with Andy, who was excellent throughout the process. He was patient while I evaluated whether the 330i had enough zip for my driving style, and he even encouraged me to try the 530e Hybrid. The hybrid was smooth but didn’t have the same boost, so I ultimately stayed with the 330i. Andy made the experience easy, informative, and pressure‑free. Five stars for Andy — highly recommended.
