⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Service — Hank Stallings Deserves Recognition! I’m from New York, and I found the car I wanted online at The BMW Store. From the very beginning, Hank Stallings went above and beyond anything I could have expected from a salesperson. Because I was purchasing the vehicle from out of state, I needed someone I could truly trust. Hank made that easy. He even FaceTimed me personally so I could see the car and inspect it virtually, which gave me tremendous confidence in my purchase. He made sure everything was handled properly and coordinated getting the vehicle delivered from Ohio to Pennsylvania. But Hank didn’t stop there. He was also able to give me a substantial discount, saving me a significant amount of money. And when I needed additional time to figure out where I was going to keep the vehicle, he went even further and stored the car at the dealership for an additional two weeks until I had a location ready. That level of service is extremely rare. The extra time he gave me saved me both time and money, but more importantly, it showed me that Hank genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable with my purchase—not simply about making a sale. Hank was professional, knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. Even though I was buying from another state, he made me feel like I was right there at the dealership. In my opinion, someone like Hank Stallings deserves serious recognition and advancement. He has the expertise, professionalism, communication skills, and customer-service mindset that I would expect from a supervisor or even a manager. He represents the kind of employee any dealership should be proud to have. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle from The BMW Store, I highly recommend asking for Hank Stallings. He made the entire experience exceptional, and after dealing with him, I would absolutely want to do business with him again. Five stars isn’t enough. Hello, I wanted to pass on appreciation for Nick in the Parts department because of the extra time and effort he gave to assist me. My driver side mirror was damaged at Mike’s Car Wash on Monday afternoon as I was planning to drive to Maryland for the holiday weekend, during rainy weather. An inconvenience that I just didn’t have time for. Nick researched the part, quickly got it ordered/delivered and even took time to install the part in the parking lot by Wednesday. That’s not something that happens often these days. I was able to regroup and refocus on the reason for the road-trip. I would really like to know how I can acknowledge him to your upper level leadership. Something about people like Nick in the service industry is really rare. I pray divine reciprocity in his life, and he should really be recognized for what he probably believes is just ‘doing his job’. However, he’s going above and beyond and that’s very valuable.
