We purchased two vehicles equaling about $80,000 in a 2-day period. We had asked to have the first vehicle serviced with an oil change and the sales manager told the salesman that it had been done. We pi 2-day period. We had asked to have the first vehicle serviced with an oil change and the sales manager told the salesman that it had been done. We picked up the vehicle and my husband who was a mechanic check the oil and it had not been serviced. The second car we were told the brakes were new and again with my husband being a prior service technician investigated and again the brakes were not new as we were told by the service manager. We were told what we wanted to hear. The salesman was great. Would not recommend GTX based on the false information given to us by the service manager. More
