I’m only answering this because this is the fifth request from you or your contracted survey provider. I don’t know exactly what you want me to say. Here’s what I would offer. You’re gonna have a lot of form from you or your contracted survey provider. I don’t know exactly what you want me to say. Here’s what I would offer. You’re gonna have a lot of former customers coming over from Borcherding. They’re not gonna know where they’re going or anything about your business. They’re also used to a very personable touch. Every time I went into Borcherding people went out of their way to say hello to me or offer help. I walk into your place and the service department looked backed-up like the border crossing to Canada or Mexico or potentially the car line to get into Kings Island. There were McCluskey employees everywhere running around with little interaction one-on-one with customers. Staring at me and walking right past me. I even asked two sales or finance guys (in some small office) a question regarding the trade-in potential of my vehicle and they kind of just stared at me like I interrupted their conversation. Totally not kidding. Gave me a short answer.I would have to say the best person I interacted with was the service tech whomever she was. She kind of picked up on the fact that I was new there. I had zero interest in filling out one of these surveys. Generally, I’m a pretty positive person. But after five requests, I guess you really want the input. So you asked for it. I have no idea whether or not this is a good alternative compared to Borcherding for my vehicle. Who knows. And really? No video inspection by tech sent to the customer? All the dealerships do that.
