I was sold an audi Q5. After taking my daughter to softball practice in my new car, I found out it has an issue of burning oil. I bought the car because my truck needed a new transmission that was going to cost me $6,500, so I thought I would invest $10,000 in a new car. My $10,000 investment turned into a $16,000 investment. I had to fight tooth and nail just to get good enough tires to drive off the lot. They had to know about the oil burning issue and I feel scammed. I had to wait a day past my promised deposit date to get the car. They initially promised to fix a sunshade issue with the sunroof, but reneged on that and cut it out instead. Overall a nightmare of an experience…. Im just thankful I had the means to fix the car, or else I would be royally screwed…. Im not looking forward to seeing if anything else pops up with this car…. My son wants to drive it to homecoming and Im deathly afraid for him to drive my NEW car for the evening…. Buying a new audi Q5 should be a dream experience… But it turned out to be an absolute nightmare… More

We purchased two vehicles equaling about $80,000 in a 2-day period. We had asked to have the first vehicle serviced with an oil change and the sales manager told the salesman that it had been done. We picked up the vehicle and my husband who was a mechanic check the oil and it had not been serviced. The second car we were told the brakes were new and again with my husband being a prior service technician investigated and again the brakes were not new as we were told by the service manager. We were told what we wanted to hear. The salesman was great. Would not recommend GTX based on the false information given to us by the service manager. More
