I am always impressed with Gary Yeomans Ford Frankfort's five star service department. During my last service I had a lot of work done. My service advisor, Carrie Caudle was thorough and left me feeling five star service department. During my last service I had a lot of work done. My service advisor, Carrie Caudle was thorough and left me feeling that she genuinely cares about her customers and their service needs. Highly impressed. I tell all my family and friends if they aren't looking at Gary Yeomans Ford for their next car, they are doing it wrong. They've got a great group of people there and you can trust them for great care care. Many of my answers below are due to my experience with Carrie Caudle during my visit. Keep up the great work guys! More

I had a recall recently and the dealership call me to make appointment to come to me. I have never experienced that before. I needed an oil change also. I was offered mobile service for both.
