Can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Jim Coleman. They were polite and easy to deal with. Luis Cortes showed me quite a few Rav 4’s but they didn’t have a silver one so he drove 60 miles to another dealership to get me the car I wanted. Even weeks after when I had some questions, they were very helpful. I drove from Harford County to Bethesda to buy my car and it was worth it.

I believed he was being sincere and not just trying to make a buck-- Hey if he was then he did it the right way-- made the customer feel good about it Everyone in the dealership was courteous as at least 4 different people asked if we needed water, coffee etc. have been buying cars for 40 years and this is the best dealership I have ever been in -- even the bathroom was spotless -- keep it up! As a long-term customer, with my first purchase dating back to 2007, I highly recommend this dealership, particularly Kwang. He was pleasant, thoughtful, and helped guide us through the process, which included a last-minute trade-in. Thank you, Kwang, for staying on point and making the purchase process less painful! Adam also graciously stepped in, in Kwang's absence, and appreciated his support. Finally, I unexpectedly financed through the dealership and found the process to be relatively easy. One was a Nissan dealer the other two were Toyota dealers. The other two were not even close to the first quote from Bill. We wanted a color that they didn't have but found one and had it in a couple days. Bill was a pleasure to work with and explained everything about the options on the car and there were many. On 07/24/2025, I purchased a silver 2025 Rav4 from Waldorf Toyota. Of course before getting there, I had my doubts. I even thought about canceling the noon time appointment with the salesman. Frank, the salesman, was extremely nice and on time trying to accommodate my request.. I actually asked for the cheapest Rav4. I was extremely surprised when Frank and the General Manager informed me that he was going to sell me a 4WD at a Rav4 regular price. I truly love my new 2025 silver Rav4. I can not stop looking at my new vehicle. It has some very nice advanced features that I never though a vehicle would have. It will take me a while to learn how to fully operate everything. I especially love the Sirius radio and the size of the vehicle. Everything one at Waldorf Toyota gave me extremely service.

TLDR: A great no pressure place to buy a new Toyota. A fantastic stress free experience purchasing my 2024 Toyota Prius XLE and trading in my 2014 Ford Focus. My car sales associate was Dulane Barnes who acted professionally throughout the whole process. He did not give me any round about talk and always was straight to the point with no pressure and always provided me with additional options when one wasn't available. He was very respectful of my time going above and beyond to provide me transportation after trading in my Ford. I was given a fair trade in value for my Ford and was provided quotes from three different sources to explain the number given. Mr. Barnes was professional and personable throughout the whole process and it is appreciated. Sean was my finance associate for the process. He was also very professional, took the time to explain all options, provided me quickly with my temporary tags & registration, and did not pressure me to purchase any additional plans. I had Jazzmine as my customer service representative who acted as quality control. She was very professional and courteous when inquiring about the process I went through to ensure that I had a good experience and what could have been done to improve it. The only recommendation I have, it's not really feasible, would be a snack/small meal (not vending machine) for those who are present more than four hours within the store. Over all the experience was much better than I had been anticipating and I recommend Safford Brown for Sales. Very Respectfully, Shea

We went as we were looking at options to buy a Prius. At the dealership, we came to know they are not selling this model because of some recall. Beyond that, no one was interested in even giving us any information. After some wait we were told to talk to Omar as he knows all about Prius. But it seemed like he didn't know the difference between the Prius models and kept referring to an online portal. He appeared not to be hearing us and was just trying to sell us other models which they had in stock even after we had told him what we were looking for. And when we asked him to give us the buy-back value for our present Prius, he brushed us off with some logic that did not make sense.
