Overall I’m very happy with my experience at Waldorf Toyota. All of the staff was super friendly and I appreciate that I was introduced to much of the staff that I didn’t expect to be. This was my first experience purchasing a brand new vehicle but I felt no pressure whatsoever and my salesperson, John Cooper, even made sure at every step I was getting exactly what I wanted in the vehicle. The finance department was also very easy to work with and took the time to answer all the questions I had about the added service features I was looking for. I also very much appreciated that John took the time to introduce me to the service department staff which I thought was a very nice touch since I will be interacting with them in the future!! More
