I was pleased with my service person (Margaret ?) and how long everything took on Friday. What I didn't expect is the next time I got in my vehicle that the tire light would be on, when I had them serviced and rotated Friday. I tried driving my vehicle to warm them up as it was said it could be the temp and needed to be driven. That didn't work, so I brought it back and they checked the tires. Yup, the service person forgot to check and add air, so I had to spend time and gas to get this rectified.

Let me tell you about my trade in experience! We had the pleasure of getting Evans Ray as our sale advisor. He took care of everything for us, so we wouldn't have to spend 8+ hours in the dealership waiting for an answer rather we could trade in our vehicle or not. He got us the best trade in deal he could. We traded in a 2018 highlander for a 2025 highlander. I was only at the dealership with 2 of my kids for 2 hours and that was to sign the paperwork.
