I told him I would be willing to wait for another one , instead of saying sorry or being patient with me he along with the general manager Yared Manalebih offered me more money off . I told him its not about the money ... I just dont want anyone to drive my car . I told him the car is a rare car for me . He proceeded to tell me the TRD pro is a more trim for the car and even if that were the case I do not think that I should be treated this way as I pay a lot of money to purchase a car brand new and if I choose to not want to have random people drive my new car I should have that option , I bought my mustangs brand new as well and the ford dealers respected my wishes and never drove the cars or if it was needing to be towed from another store I would have gladly paid the tow . I told him I would be willing to wait and or pay the tow if the next car needed to be moved as well and he refused and told me he would be giving my money back . My salesman, Sangar and the sales manager, Ale, stepped in and made me feel valued and appreciated. They worked diligently and quickly to get me the most possible money for my trade and the best price for my 4Runner Hybrid. The whole purchase process was fast, the finance department was fantastic and I was in an out in record time! I also appreciate they accommodated my schedule and stayed open later to finish the deal, no one complained, everyone smiled and I felt like a human being and not just a statistic like I have at many other dealers. This dealership is amazing, I highly recommend them if you are looking for a Toyota! More

I had a disappointing experience with this dealership regarding a deposit refund for a Camry LE purchase. Before paying the deposit, I specifically asked whether the deposit would be refundable if the regarding a deposit refund for a Camry LE purchase. Before paying the deposit, I specifically asked whether the deposit would be refundable if the trade-in offer came back much lower than expected. I was assured by the sales representative that this would not be a problem. However, when the dealership later offered more than $6,000 below Toyota’s online trade-in estimate for my vehicle, I decided not to proceed with the purchase and requested a refund. The representative consulted management and confirmed that the refund would be processed. The issue is that I paid a $1,030 deposit but only received $1,000 back. At no point was I informed that any portion would be non-refundable, and no explanation for the missing $30 was provided. When I contacted the sales representative for clarification, I was told the matter “had nothing to do with him,” and my number was subsequently blocked, preventing further communication. The amount itself is small, but the lack of transparency and professionalism was disappointing. I hope the dealership improves how it handles customer communication and refund issues in the future. More
