We came into the dealership knowing exactly what we were looking for, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the sales team. The process did take some time, but everything went smoothly f looking for, and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the sales team. The process did take some time, but everything went smoothly from start to finish. Our salesperson was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, making the experience stress-free and enjoyable. The sales manager and finance team were also kind, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Overall, we had a great car-buying experience and truly appreciated the excellent customer service we received. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Gabriel and other sales people love to harass customers and bother them all hours of the night. Gabriel is the ring leader of being the trouble maker. Called to talk to the General Manager and I was given to someone portraying him. There were threats made that if the car was not picked up by a certain day, we are 7-1/2 hours away, they would not sell it to us. The real reason was they would not get the credit for the sale in June nor would they get their commission. The GM of sales, Ankush was supposed to call me first thing this morning. It is now 11:20am and no call! Does it surprise me? No. So my next step is the Better Business Bureau and UAW, that is the union for all auto dealer shops. Even if the dealer is not a member they will be able to direct me as to what to do. I know this because my husband was a member for 50+ years. So if you are smart you will keep your distance from Toyota of Woodbridge. You have been warned!!!! More
