What truly makes the difference, however, is the service. Wali Baba is absolutely outstanding. I have purchased cars from several other brands in the past, and this is the first time I’ve worked with someone so professional who truly understands customer needs—how to communicate clearly and how to negotiate based on the client’s individual style. This is the second car I’ve purchased with Wali, and even after recently moving to a different state, I chose to remain loyal to Land Rover Princeton and Wali Baba because of the excellence, consistency, and trust built through his service. It’s not often that I hear praise about the service department of a car dealership. I assume that’s because many service departments provide less than satisfactory service. The service department at DCH Freehold Toyota is better than any other I have experienced. My Service Advisor Michael Nolan provided me with prompt updates, did not try to sell me unnecessary services and made what usually is a stressful situation completely stress free. They provided a loaner vehicle while they diagnosed my vehicle and the next day my beloved 2022 4Runner was fixed and again running as new! We are a “Toyota” family and will always go to DCH Freehold Toyota for our vehicle purchases and service - thanks!

Randy, the salesman, who worked with us during the test drive and closing, is a great credit to Freehold Subaru. He is the kind of salesman we like the most. Listened to our questions and concerns, provided all the information we requested, followed up, but never got pushy. He is genuinely good person. Carlos, the sales manager, is a great leader and friendly. His department is well run. He is very professional, stands by his word. David, the finance manager, handled the paperwork with great, humor, patience, and knowledge. We had also a very good discussion with Greg, the service manager, about spare wheel options. In summary, we experienced a flawless, trustworthy dealing, and closed the purchase the same day as the test drive. We highly recommend Freehold Subaru.
