My friend and his father just just lease two Mercedes in one month from this dealership. They were treated like absolute garbage. I just don’t understand, except for the fact that they’re Sri Lankan and may one month from this dealership. They were treated like absolute garbage. I just don’t understand, except for the fact that they’re Sri Lankan and maybe their skin being so dark. These are the sweetest people I have ever met. I couldn’t believe any part of the story and the next day he needed to go in to pick up his license plates so I went with him. 8 salesman and the sales manager all ignored him or stared at him. Not one came up and said hello to him. This is the day after releasing the second car in a month. What is wrong with these people. I’m an investment banker and I know they only make money selling cars, repairing cars, and financing cars, and after that it’s nothing but referral and repeat. How can he ever get a referral from someone they treated so badly. I just I am so confused. I wouldn’t be writing this review if I hadn’t witnessed it in person. It must’ve cost $20 million to build this beautiful dealership. Why would you squander any goodwill that could help you support the $20 million investment in the dealership.
