I recently purchased a brand-new 2027 Honda HR-V from this dealership, only to discover a cracked hole in the windshield upon delivery. Expecting basic quality control and customer care for a new vehicle this dealership, only to discover a cracked hole in the windshield upon delivery. Expecting basic quality control and customer care for a new vehicle purchase, I immediately reached out to resolve the issue. I contacted both my salesperson and the sales manager to request a windshield replacement. Unfortunately, I have been met with complete silence. Neither has offered to fix the damage, return my calls, or provide any assistance whatsoever. Taking delivery of a damaged new car is disappointing enough, but the total lack of accountability and response from management is completely unacceptable. Once the sale was finalized, customer service completely disappeared. I am extremely upset with how this was handled and cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. Save yourself the headache and buy your vehicle somewhere that actually values its customers and stands behind what they sell. More
