I did my homework, developed a payment I wanted. Buck Williams after being given a less than desirable trade in, was able to present a discounted price on the KR, we were close to my price. Credit application was submitted and a local bank won. However, Zachery before signing off received an offer from Fird that was better. Done. Took 3 hours to drive out with more SUV than I started on a week ago, and dealership delivered.

Great experience. The one thing I was upset with was vehicle had a badly damaged front plastic piece. I sent photos to dealership and got response saying sorry that they didn’t realize it had damage. So that put a little cloud on what was an otherwise great experience !

Made sure the car was as good as it could be before we drove off. Hard working people on a busy Labor Day weekend to take care of the car mechanical checks and detailing.
