My son purchased a truck - has had the truck for less than 3 weeks and 3 of the 4 tires have bubbled up on him last weekend- he has made multiple calls to the dealership with no help! I bought my truck in May, took delivery of said Truck 5 days after purchase so they could to the blue certified inspection. To make sure everything with the truck was good. A week after delivery my son not days after purchase so they could to the blue certified inspection. To make sure everything with the truck was good. A week after delivery my son noticed my driver's side tail light is out, my driver's side headlight is extremely dim, my air conditioner works poorly, and none of the charging ports work consistently. I purchased the Tritan Warranty. So all of this should be repaired by them, I am also supposed to get a loaner vehicle while repairs are completed. I am getting the run around on where I am supposed to take it for repairs. They say they aren't experienced with my Ram that THEY sold me, yet they claimed that they were certified to do the inspection when I purchased it. Which is it inexperienced, or certified. I WANT MY NEW TRUCK FIXED!!!!! More
