Ridiculous, I will never bring another vehicle to Chastang Ford. They charged me almost $500 to diagnose and try to upsell me on things that I did not bring the truck in for. In the charged $70 Shop More

Your diesel truck was brought in for a diagnosis, which involves much more than connecting a reader and simply pulling codes. Our technician spent several hours thoroughly assessing the vehicle to identify the concerns and provide accurate repair recommendations along with a repair estimate. We understand that you ultimately decided not to proceed with the repairs, and we fully respect that decision. Our intention is never to pressure customers into completing repairs.
