Went in Saturday and meet with Craig Leverett. He sold me a 22 Honda accord, he was amazing 👏 very helpful and knowledgeable. He treats you like family honestly!! I've used them exclusively to service my 2010 Dodge Ram dually diesel 4-wd. Their friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail keeps me coming back. Expensive - the truth

I got charged $91.92 for the works and air filter replacement on 2010 f150. A sad way to get over on people. It's hard to rate them on customer service because they did not honor the coupon.

I went to Metro Ford to purchase a 2012 Dodge Durango. I'd informed them prior to me going to the dealership that I will be purchasing the vehicle through my credit union. sales rep name Laverne told me that when I came down it would take no longer than 5 minutes to get me a bill of sale however when I got there they gave me some line about taking the ad for the car to my credit union and that they would fax over the bill of sale to them.I could not understand why they would not provide me with a copy of the bill of sale unless they planned to change some things in the originally negotiated price. If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle do not go there.

I was told that I was approved then that they neede a coapplicant I submitted my additional information then that I needed to call the credit bureau to remove an alert and I did. The alert was removed and then they told me the additional information was not good enough. Then they requested my moms information in which I submitted. The sales rep then called me , but he didn't know. He said only nonsense and going in circles and no one knows anything. Bad customer service very unprofessional.

Very sleazy sales techniques. I was quoted a competitive price on the car, but when it came to paying, they purposely did not show me any listing of the charges and just told the me the final out the door price, which, stupidly, I paid. When I looked more carefully, I had been charged almost $200 dollars for a book of service coupons and another almost $200 for adding extra security numbers engraved on the vehicle. No one had ever told me to my face during the sales process that I was being charged for these items. I still get burned about it. Bottom line -- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They will never see another penny of my money.

I recently stopped by Rockwall County Volkswagen to test drive a VW Arteon, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely taken care of. A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Very detailed, and takes his time to explain all of the numbers in Finance and helps you add additional coverages like an extended warranty and GAP, but most importantly he’s very straight forward about the coverages, provides a great price for them and really is interested in what is best for the customer. Lastly, I want to thank Sam, the sales manager, for running such a professional and friendly team. Sam and stepped in and made sure I had the best deal possible. Sam did not make me feel pressure, and truly also cared about what made me as a customer happy. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and it really shows in how they do business. I’m very happy to see this family owned dealership here in our small town of Fate, Texas. They are truly the definition of Southern Hospitality in a car dealership form. If you’re looking for a new or used Volkswagen and want a smooth, honest, and enjoyable buying experience, I highly recommend checking out Rockwall County Volkswagen and be sure to ask for Laporsha, Azhar, Drew or Sam, they were all amazing to work with.
