Ray was great and with me every step of the way to ensure my recently purchased used car was up to par. He handled the used car warranty to cover the repair costs, saving me tons of money. The reason for one less star is because when my vehicle was picked up and dropped off, it was not properly checked in, leaving my vehicle sitting at the dealership without anyone attending to it for a couple days.
