After agreeing on the price, which was a cash deal, it took no less than 45 mins to come and get us to complete the paperwork. We did not get out of the dealership until well past 9:00 pm on a Saturday when there were very few people remaining after the 8:00 pm closing. May want to look at a process improvement project to make that portion of the process more efficient. More

They came out to my house and took care of all my recalls, which was an absolute game-changer for me. I didn't have to leave my home, take time off work, or worry about scheduling an appointment with the service department. Cowboy and his team were impressively fast and efficient. They arrived right on time and quickly got to work, handling everything with the utmost professionalism. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, and I was amazed at how seamlessly they managed to complete all the necessary work without me having to lift a finger.
