We contacted SW Ford about a transmission software - rlgates2

We contacted SW Ford about a transmission software recall. I received a prompt return call and scheduled mobile service. I misunderstood the scheduled date and when the technician didn’t arrive, called. A automated system took my call and promised a call back. No one called back. The technician did arrive on the actual scheduled date , exactly on time. He was courteous and installed the update. I would give the technician 5 stars, the dealership 3 for the failure to call back.

Everything was great, especially our sales rep Carlos! - Sam

Everything was great, especially our sales rep Carlos! He was the best ever, treated us like family. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and a great communicator. He knew everything about how the vehicle worked, what features were the same/different from our previous truck, and what our "must have" list was. When we completed the paperwork he escorted us to Miguel who was also warm, friendly, and efficient. Then Carlos got our new Maverick washed and cleaned and helped us transfer our personal items from the old Maverick to the new one and reviewed how to to use the different features. We never felt pressured from any Bird Kultgen employee, but all had a genuine desire to be helpful. We think Bird Kultgen is the best dealership around because not only do they have a large selection to choose from, but their prices are reasonable and their employees are off the chart in being knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!

He advocated for me throughout the entire process, answered my questions honestly, and made sure I was comfortable with every step before moving forward. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured or rushed. Buying a car can be stressful, but EJ made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
