Was in the market for a new F-250 Lariat and had shopped around a bit looking for a good deal. Talked to Jackie Mercer at Grand Prairie and he worked with me to get to a number that worked for me. Customer service was amazing by Jackie he made me feel welcomed didn’t question me or anything. When I went back the second day because I regretted my payment option they worked to get me to where I wante welcomed didn’t question me or anything. When I went back the second day because I regretted my payment option they worked to get me to where I wanted/needed to be didn’t pressure me or anything even tho I had already signed a contract they gave me a better one. Not a lot of places will do that so for sure going back when I need another car or recommend to friends. More
