Ordered a Maverick and got it at MSRP, no hassles. It took almost 500 days to get my truck (Ford's fault, not theirs) and they kept me informed all the way through the process. When my truck did arrive they informed me as it rolled off the carrier and had it ready to pick up the next day. They honored my original order price and no hassles when I brought my own financing. There was no ADM/Market adjustment, and no mandatory dealer add-ons. Cory Osage (salesman) and Don Johnson (sales manager were great throughout the whole experience. Would definitely recommend if you want to order a Ford.

In fact, I had stopped buying Fords because of the poor service experiences I had with other local Ford dealerships. I had an outstanding experience with the entire service department, especially with Service Manager Jason Norman. Jason provided great communication, patience, and transparency throughout the entire process. I love the family feel the service department and the body shop but they never fix the issue with the back up sensor on the after market bumper you installed beeping when there's nothing back there and distance something looks far then you hit it very dissatisfied with that I went back 2 times to get it done but never got fixed

It took 2 trips to get a simple, under warranty, windshield washer motor repaired. $233.00 after, it is fixed. Last night my son and I took inventory of all the Fords we have owned and we could remember about 13. I have never had a problem with a service department until now.

He listened, didn't put any pressure on me, and worked diligently and competently with the finance manager to give us a very fair deal.
