Outside of the typical oil change & filter with tire rotation. The service department cannot fix big issues on vehicles. They will hold your vehicle for days without a loaner if you don't demand one fro rotation. The service department cannot fix big issues on vehicles. Once the vehicle is returned after weeks of completion they is a 50/50 chance that they fixed the problem, sometimes coming back and saying we can replicate or see the issue with the car after telling the employee what the service is.
