Nelson was great, very detailed and communicated effectively. The only negative in my opinion was I had a appt for an oil change and tire rotation at 0930 and it took over 3 hrs to complete. I wanted to add how much I enjoyed my recent service experience at Grand Prairie Ford. I had my oil changed and tires rotated, and during the visit they identified that I needed a cabin air filter and e experience at Grand Prairie Ford. I really appreciated that they provided photos of the items needing attention and let me review everything directly on my phone. It made the process easy and transparent. My service advisor, Santos Flores, was excellent. He was personable, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire visit. The whole process was smooth and pleasant from start to finish.
