They do not warranty use vehicles very poor customer service I spoke with the used car manager and he basically told me oh well they wasn't going to help me get it fixed even though I took the vehicle b service I spoke with the used car manager and he basically told me oh well they wasn't going to help me get it fixed even though I took the vehicle back to them less than 48 hours after having it and they fail to see that the radiator was leaking but now that I know it's over $2,000 I can see why they didn't want to replace it More

Extremely disappointed in the purchase of the Bronco. I noticed the following day a dent in the panel. Came back in and was immediately told to go to a body shop because if I asked Ford to do it, they wo I noticed the following day a dent in the panel. I understand that it’s a certified pre-owned vehicle, it would have been nice to have that disclosed on purchase of the dent. I purposely chose to come back to Ford for the customer service and it’s been lacking ever since. More
I was excited when I was able to buy my 2020 Raptor. Just owning a Ford Raptor meant something to me. I was told multiple times the truck had a passed a “multi-point inspection”. I brought to the attention of my salesman that there was some fishing line wrapped around the drivers side CVs axle. He said it would get taken care of. The rear passenger door also said it was open. Which caused the puddle, cargo, and license plate light to stay on. He said it was freshly detailed. It had dirt in every crevice. My guess it was just a drive through car wash and some guy that didn’t care. Overall I’d say he was a great salesman. I bought the truck. The finance guy was good. Got me a great deal. And the guy that finalized the deal was cool and in a rush. I’ll give Randell Reeds dealerships the names but not on here. They fixed the door. I had to remove the fishing line. It’s all about principle. I thought customer service was important. More
