The service professional did not understand the service issue when he called to explain the issue. He even noted that he did not fully understand. Additionally, the solutions provided did not make sense, a issue when he called to explain the issue. He even noted that he did not fully understand. Additionally, the solutions provided did not make sense, appeared to be a way to charge a significant amount without warranty and, after calling other dealerships, appeared to be an inappropriate solution. I have enjoyed the sales portion of the dealership, but so far a bad experience with the service department. More
My wife was disrespected when she went to pick up her car yesterday. The car is in my name and she was not helped by anyone with great customer service on the original time she tried to drop it off and then yesterday. I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent purchase of a pre-owned Ford Mustang Mach-E from the ford dealership in Prosper. I arrived at the dealership at approximately 6:30 p.m. and did no purchase of a pre-owned Ford Mustang Mach-E from the ford dealership in Prosper. I arrived at the dealership at approximately 6:30 p.m. and did not leave until nearly 11:30 p.m. after completing all of the paperwork. This was due to lack of communication and sales not notifying finance that I had a pre-approval already. Despite spending hours finalizing the purchase, the vehicle was not properly prepared to drive off the lot. It was not detailed as promised, the interior was dirty, and the floor mats were covered in dirt. The mudflap was also held in with a zip tie, valve caps were missing, and there was paint marker on the windshield and headlights. They promised everything would get fixed by the time we receive the keys and finished all paperwork but that was not true. When addressed, they notified us to bring the vehicle back the next business day. To add on, after driving 2 hours back home, I realized that no charging cable had been provided with my electric vehicle, despite being told the vehicle would include one. The very next day, a warning appeared indicating that the front parking sensors were malfunctioning. I contacted the dealership and was instructed to drive back to Prosper so these issues could be resolved. I spent another three hours at the dealership, from approximately 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. I was told the vehicle had been detailed, the parking sensors had been repaired, and that the charging cable provided was in good working condition. Unfortunately, none of those assurances proved to be true. The charger will not charge the vehicle, and the front parking sensor warning has returned, accompanied by a constant warning chime while driving. I have now made multiple lengthy trips because of issues that should have been addressed before the vehicle was purchased or properly repaired the first time. This experience has taken the excitement out of purchasing what is a significant investment. Instead of enjoying my new vehicle, I have been forced to spend additional time, drain my vehicle’s battery, and add unnecessary mileage simply to correct problems that were not of my making. As a customer, I expected the vehicle to be ready for me to drive home in the condition that was promised and to be fully functional at the time of purchase. More
They worked hard to give us a very good deal. Ask for Jonathan Hubbard. The sales manager was also great. Ask for Jonathan Hubbard. The sales manager was also great. More
