A few days ago, we purchased our new Subaru Outback Turing model from the Wilsonville Subaru dealer. It was a pleasure dealing with no nonsense professional salesmanship (Jonathan L.). The car at wanted color wasn’t available locally so the dealer brought it from Olympia WA. A day after delivery we noticed a tiny scratch on the rear gate so we went back to the dealer and Jon managed to get it fixed in just a few minutes. We would strongly recommend this Wilsonville Subaru dealership and Jon’s help was just perfect, no pressure, very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to be around. I was also impressed by management style of the sales manager, very active, not sitting behind a desk in an office, but on the floor among the sales force and customers, remarkable.

My dealership experience was great overall. The only complaints I'd have was how long it took to do the finals of the deal once numbers were agreed on. I don't believe they were super busy and it took quite awhile to finish the deal and get going with the new vehicle. Our salesman was great through the whole experience.

Michael M. Is a fabulous salesman. His customer service is excellent. He really listens to your needs and wants. Michael works hard to stay in your budget while still finding you the car of your dreams, new or used. In fact, I think so much of Michael I've purchased 5 cars from him over the years - all from Weston Kia. On Halloween 2024 Scott found just the car he was looking for and Michael got us a great deal. When I buy another vehicle I'll go back to Michael Mosier.

Mason Baker did an excellent job helping my husband and I purchase our car at Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai. When we contacted him to let him know which Tucson Hyundai we were looking for, he immediately searched for one. As soon as it was on the lot, he let us know it was there. We went down the next day and purchased the car from Mason. His communication through the whole process - from purchase through pick up of the car was great. When we picked it up, he helped us set up the things we needed to make it much easier to use this new car. I can honestly say Mason is the best car salesman we have ever worked with… and we have bought several cars in the last 40 years. I felt he truly wanted to help us find the car we really wanted. I finally found the exact car I had been looking what feels like forever for. Yes I was there for around 6 hours but I understand the car buying process takes a lot of time. The salesman, Dmytro, who sold my car was so nice and helpful same thing for the finance guy Bailey. When Dymtro when to get my car from the detailers he was very honest and said they didn’t do a sufficient job and had them go back and do it again. Having a salesman who cares about details like this make the process of getting a new car really wonderful. Thank you to Dymtro and Bailey!
