Got me in quickly and got repair done. Only negative was tech did not reinstall the engine cover or the wheel splash guards and I didn't see it until hundreds of miles away. We brought the vehicle in for a recall and an oil change, and the service itself was fine. However, when we returned, staff could not locate the keys, the vehicle had been left unlocked, and the rear hatch w and the service itself was fine. That was concerning, particularly because an unsecured vehicle was left accessible on the dealership lot.
