Bill Meier at Zeigler Ford in Lowell was great to work with. Very thorough, nice, responsive and was more than willing to help late in the day to get us taken care of with my new to me Bronco. My only complaint is nothing with him but I’m a little leery on the maintenance for the vehicle. Was told that a full tank of gas and fresh oil change would be done when I came back to pick up but 1/2 tank was in it and after only a week of having it (and putting less than 200 miles on it), I now have to make an appointment for an oil change and have the 20k mile maintenance done. Just felt that should have been all handled ahead of time. Like I said Bill great, I just think a lot of the backend vehicle checklist stuff leaves something to be desired.

After having visited several car dealership, I was impressed by the number of cars displayed in the Hines Park showroom. I did not see this at any other dealership. My son and I were greeted by several people upon entering the dealership. Again, this was not what we had previously experienced. Our salesman, Constantine, made spending money fun, great personality. I really felt like he was working for me and not the dealership even though I knew better. I’m extremely happy with the car that I purchased. Now I just wish I can figure out the navigation system.

We ordered both vehicles based on previous lease turn-in dates, and our sales representative Will Andrews timed both new vehicles to come in right when the current leases were up. Will is so great to work with, and he works hard to make you happy. I always second guess my vehicles, especially if there is a lot of time to wait after ordering, and he does his best to accommodate my questions. He is my go-to guy. Shawn Stefut is the absolute best to work with! He was so patient helping me pick decide on a car and gave me the best deal! Since his dealership didn’t have the car I wanted in stock, he called around and had one delivered super fast. When I came to the dealership to test drive cars, he made sure they were pulled up and ready for me to drive. On the day of my purchase, I had a trunk full of junk to transfer and he did not hesitate to do all the work for me. I could also see him cleaning the windows of my new car before he gave me the keys. Shawn is hardworking, honest, and so patient. He really knows his stuff and is the only salesman I will ever work with going forward!
