Great experience with trading in and buying a "new" to us car. Matthew D. was an excellent salesman. When pulling into the service department of the Serra Ford dealership, you are greeted warmly, and sincerely by a person looking to help you with your problem. I was fortunate enough to have service advi Ford dealership, you are greeted warmly, and sincerely by a person looking to help you with your problem. I was fortunate enough to have service advisor Chip La Rock helping me. After retrieving the vehicle information he ask and listened closely to why I was coming in. He commented me on how I took care of my vehicle and followed the repairs closely to make sure the truck was going to be returned in the way it came in. Chip was working extremely hard to make sure I received the very best price for the repair. He was great and I highly recommend everyone to ask for him, though I am sure all of the service advisors are just as professional. More

Brought my Ranger in for the 2nd oil / filter change and 10,000 mile service, (actual mileage; 10,723) they left a window sticker for my Next visit at 115,800 miles. when I returned to have my service reco 10,000 mile service, (actual mileage; 10,723) they left a window sticker for my Next visit at 115,800 miles. when I returned to have my service record corrected, and a new sticker corrected the new mileage recommendation on the new window sticker was 23,500 miles (which would be 12,700 mile interval.) that would be 5,200 past the recommended 7,500 miles. I will now service and track my own service intervals More
