Zeigler Ford of Lowell

This was just another sad visit to a small town Ford Dealership, This van has broken down more times then my sanity and it seems to happen in little towns like Lowell where I am almost guaranteed Zero C Dealership, This van has broken down more times then my sanity and it seems to happen in little towns like Lowell where I am almost guaranteed Zero Communication. I always have my driver give the service writer my information and at a larger dealer they use the tools man has provided us with in 2026 like a computer, or saving it on their desk phone. Not here, They saved it on a sticky note and it somehow "blew away". Thanks Evan. I need this van every day of the week and during the time it broke down I had 2 rental vans to cover what this single van can accomplish. After we dropped it off Wednesday 8/10/26 and I had to call for ANY updates, I called this store a total of 8 times. They informed me that the fuel pump module went bad and that the fuel filter needed to be replaced at the cost of $1,633.48 and I authorized that amount total, fast forward to Monday 8/17/26 Zero communication form anyone at the dealer, I waited and called at 9 am looking for an answer if I could return the 2 rental vans and pickup my van................ Evan said they got a bad part and it would be another day (Thanks for letting me know dude), Then Tuesday my driver and myself drove 2 hours to pickup the van and the total had jumped all the way to $1,974.87 !?!?!?! I was told by Evan that they found a leaky fuel filter housing and just replaced it at no labor cost but I had to cover the part cost. (NOT COOL AT ALL, Especially with ZERO COMMUNICATION!) Anyways, we as faithful customers can only leave poor reviews to warn other customers about small operation dealers that provide sub par service. The service manager called me back and I mentioned the cost increase and he said "Evan will let you know what that's all about when you get here" 2 hour drive later I found out they like to push the envelope and see what they can get. I am not saying the part was not damaged and needed to be replaced but I would have been super upset if I sent a driver with cash or a check. Tighten it up Zigler, Where are the owners at?!?!!? Photos are attached for proof I am being Upfront and Honest! I just saw they charged me a 2.7% FEE!!!!! More
