A new to me dealership , went above and beyond to sell me a used car. I'm from New York and have worked at dealerships for over 25 years. So to say they blew me away with politeness, courtesy and professionalism is a well informed observation. The used car division, headed by "Joey" was just the ticket that day. I was introduced to Mr. Charles Alexander, my salesman. He gave me a walk around, and a test drive that had no time limit or pressure. He connected with me right away with commendable listening skills and eye contact throughout the process. He was well versed in the seamless process of sales and financing. To say he made me feel comfortable, doesn't do our interaction justice. Love that guy.. Their finance guru " Brad Gracie " worked feverishly for well over four hours to iron out all the wrinkles in a difficult hunt to find just the right lender. Would it be a slight overkill to say I would drive back here in the future for the same treatment ? Would do it all over again tomorrow. We made an appointment online, but when we arrived they didn’t have a salesman assigned so James Webb helped us. All went well but such a long process, we had to leave and returned the following day. It took awhile to see Kevin and the only negative point was him not asking us about financing. I had to ask who he was using for financing and what the APR and when he said the rate was over 7% I was floored! He should have asked us before assuming we would be OK with that. That seemed shady to us. Why didn’t he ask us who we wanted to apply with? I told him my MidFlorida’s rate was 5.49 percent so he re did his loan thru them. That wasted both of our time. Very nice man and thorough just was put off by the above.

Last week my wife & I went in to Daytona Nissan to look for another car, we started out looking at a Toyota Rav4 & a Nissan Rogue. Our salesman Ron met us before we got inside & we told him what we were looking for, -He showed us a couple of each model we ask about, we test drove them and we settled on a Toyota Rav4 they had, we crunched the numbers & we were just too far apart. Now he asks -Have you thought about a Nissan Murano? & we had not it was not on the radar, so he shows us one and we drove it --My wife has now found exactly what she wants. So we start working that deal & we thought we had it done there was one contingency that they could not check on until the next day ( Monday)-We drove the car home and really liked it, but on Monday when we drove back to the dealership they could not do what the deal hinged on so we left with out old car--This was going to be a cash deal. Now eventhough we did not purchase a car from Daytona Nissan I want to make sure everyone know's that our saleman Ron & the sales mgr. Bryant were absolutely fantastic we could never ask for people at a car dealership to be nicer we felt no pressure and I would never have any issue with going back there and purchasing a car from them. --Ron & Bryant Thank you guys for the guidance and the time you spent trying to help us, it really is appreciated more then you know.
