8 months ago I traded in a 2014 Honda CRV plus 2k for a 2020 murano. Basically 9k as a down payment. Sold my Jorge. The first month, oil light turned on, i went ahead and advise him, his answer to me w 2020 murano. Basically 9k as a down payment. Sold my Jorge. The first month, oil light turned on, i went ahead and advise him, his answer to me was to reset the light, minding you that it’s not MY JOB THIS SHOULDN'T NEVER HAPPEN. Every time I go for an oil change I end up paying over 500 dollars which I KNOW MAINTENANCE IS REQUIRED BUT THIS CAR JORGE SOLD TO ME, wasn’t in the conditions he stated. ALL I DO IT ITS GO TO WORK AND COME HOME, ITS NOT LIKE I USE MY CAR ALL DAY EVERY DAY FOR ALL THIS ISSUES TO POPPED UP IN LESS THAN A YEAR. SERIOUSLY ALMOST 5k in a car that’s supposed to be good. Today it’s my 3rd oil change. Service requesting me to pay over 5k on things this car should have been done. Less than a year and no one wants to be responsible. Engine mount - replace for 3,515.49 cents, 1359 for 4 new tires when I was told at the time of trading car was in great conditions. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER AND NO HELP, ALL I GET ITS TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. I WAS THERE OVER AN HOUR SPOKE TO SALES MAN JORGE OVER THAN PHONE WHO SAID TO ME HE REALLY DIDNT MAKE MONEY OFF ME SELLING ME THIS AND THAT HE NEED IT TO HANGE UP BECAUSE A CUSTOMER. WOWWWWW NOW ANOTHER CAR DEALER NISANN OF CAPE TRIED HELPING BUT ALL THEY CAN DO ITS OFFER ANOTHER CAR NEWER BUT SINCE NISSAN FORT MYERS RAN MU CREDIT AGAIN ON APRIL BY SALES MAN YURKIS BECAUSE I WENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND HE APPROACHED ME AND MY DAUGHTERS WHILE WALKING AROUND STATING IT WONT HURT ME IF I TRY GETYING A. NEWER CAR WHICH MI INSTANT RESPONSE WAS NOOOO AND THAT I WASNT GIVING DOWN PAYMENT. PER HIM THATS NOTHING AND RAN MY CREDIT FOR 3 DAYS STRAIGHT BECAUSE I KEEP GETTING NOTIFICATIONS. NOW NO ONE WANTS TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT I GOT SOLD, THAT IN LESS THAN A YEAR THE FIXING IS OVER 5k With MONTHLY PAYMENTS OF ALMOST 500 with a car that ITS SLOWLY BRAKING DOWN. I left a review about being unhappy with them about saying they would fix my jeep since I bought It from them but got turned away twice and I dont live close either. Upon walking in and letting the salesperson know my situation and wanted to know if they could help me, Jorge was very positive and knew he could get something done for me. He went out of his way.
