We had an excellent experience purchasing our Pathfinder from DeLand Nissan, and both Ryan Hopkins and Brooke Ruffel deserve recognition for making the process so easy. I initially contacted Ryan Hopkins, the Sales Manager, directly while comparing deals from several dealerships. From the beginning, Ryan was extremely responsive, straightforward, and customer-focused. He beat the best numbers I had received elsewhere, including a deal I was considering in Georgia, which saved us from having to make that trip. At no point did I feel pressured, and Ryan was always quick to answer questions and make sure everything was clear before we made the drive to DeLand. Once my wife and I arrived at the dealership, Brooke Ruffel took great care of us through the paperwork and vehicle delivery. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the final part of the purchase smooth and stress-free. She explained everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle before we left. We drove about two hours to DeLand Nissan, and the experience was absolutely worth it. Ryan put together a great deal, and Brooke made sure the delivery and paperwork matched the same level of service. We’re very happy with our Pathfinder and would gladly recommend both Ryan and Brooke to anyone shopping for a Nissan.

The bait and switch kings at this dealership. My wife and I purchased a 2024 RAM 3500 truck on August 26th. The truck was advertised at $55,999. When I arrived, I liked the truck and started the process of purchasing the truck. After my salesmen and I discussed the pricing, the sales manager came over to the table and informed me that if I wanted wheels and tires, I needed to pay another $10,000. And if I wanted the 5th wheel hitch, I needed to pay an extra $2000. I was shocked by that and protested that those items were already on the vehicle as advertised. Then, the sales manager wrote down $58,900 as an out the door price and said he would go fight for me for that price "out the door." But, unfortunately, as the process continued, we were shifted from person to person and kept distracted and off balance. We went thru financing with the financial guy, and it was very confusing, and he was vague. He went very quickly, never told us our interest rate, and never informed us of a "special coating" that was previously installed on the truck, again already installed for the advertised price, and that he was signing us up for over $12,000 in extra warranties and add ons. Our out the door financing total was a whopping $68,634! Then we discovered the next day we had no financial paperwork included in what we were given, and the flash drive that was supposed to have all our warranty info on it was blank. We immediately started calling, texting, and emailing to ask for this information we were supposed to receive and discuss that evening of the 26th. After several attempts to get someone's attention at the dealership, two days later, we finally got the financial docs. At that point, we started questioning all the extra fees and add ons amounting over $12,000. After a few days of back and forth, we successfully canceled the 3 warranty policies issued. Then, we questioned the "special coating" charge of $2699.00. I have vehicles with protective coatings, and this truck doesn't show any of the typical signs that it has had anything other than maybe a wax job. Nothing anywhere near $2699 worth of work. I have asked the financial guy several times to remove this charge, as we never asked for it or even knew it was installed, but he has ignored me 100%. I also asked who else above him I could speak to about this, and he is also ignoring that request as well. The blatant disregard for customer concerns and the lack of caring has been shocking at Bella Nissan. We spent a lot of our hard earned money with Bella, and honestly, it feels like we were swindled, scammed, and the financing department withheld the proper paperwork so we wouldn't see the extra add on's. The state will also hear from us pertaining to the predatory leading practices and possibly elder fraud.

This is the fifth vehicle I have bought from Harbor. - Cncwest2005

This is the fifth vehicle I have bought from Harbor. 3 work vehicles, A Titan in 2008, NV2500 in 2015 & 2016 and 2 Path Finders. This last and FINAL experience has really disappointed me . Mostly it was a bad experience with Alex Bowermaster. After we had made a deal with CJ on trading our 2023 Rock Creek Path Finder for a 2026 Rock Creek, Alex changed our agreement to keep our existing Extended Warranty we had purchased for the 2023 and had done all the paperwork on it and then gave a $6000.00 additional deposit on top of our trade in, Alex said NISSAN wouldn’t permit us to keep the extended warranty because we had a claim ( a sensor that went out right about the 50000 mile point and we had to get the vehicle towed to a dealership while we were out of town So they would not let us keep it for the new Rock Creek after saying we could keep it but because we “had a claim”. This was after all the paperwork was completed But the next day Alex came in on his day off to rewrite the contract and charged us $2000.00 more for the new extended warranty. I really regret accepting that and should have gotten my 2023 Rock Creek back nd my $6000.00. I made it cleat to CJ that keeping the first extended warranty was very important for the deal and he assured us it was a ‘Go’! Till the dat after and then when we went back to meet Alex to rewrite the contract, CJ didn’t even come up front to see us or even apologize Very discouraging this go around with Harbor. I will not recommend them anymore. I will make sure I discourage any dealings with Harbor Nissan. Very Sad ending to the “Harbor Nissan Family”. they say they promote. Chuck Westenberg. Worn brake pad with rotos...Check break pads myself and they are fine and roto should be fine e for life of vehicle with proper brake pads.. Spouse gave a coupon for 20 percent off new battery, coupon not honered...I am done with Nissan...
