I am very pleased that Marianna Nissan kindly agreed to repair the broken wheel lock. I am however disappointed that it was not fixed before they decided to put the vehicle on the lot to sell. I also did not like the idea of the vehicle not being cleaned on the inside nor washed on the outside. I'm going to have to pay a detailer to get it cleaned up. The ceiling had stains all over in various areas and just an overall look someone knew that is what was needed to be done. I was hoping to be reimbursed for all of the lug nuts that needed to be replaced as well. I spent over $200 for all of them. More

From the moment we pulled into the service department until the time we drove away, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The entire staff was courteous, friendly, and respectful. They kept us informed throughout the process, providing updates on the work being completed and letting us know how much longer it would take. That level of communication made the visit stress-free and showed they truly value their customers’ time. The service department went above and beyond, and we left completely satisfied. We also purchased our vehicle brand new from Marianna Nissan, and our salesperson, Eddie Corbett, made the buying experience just as exceptional. Eddie was incredibly courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered every question we had without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. It’s easy to see that he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to have the best experience possible.
