Hello June, I’m sorry your visit left you questioning the thoroughness of the inspection. Waiting two hours for a scheduled oil change, then dealing with a dead battery and low washer fluid before a trip, would understandably be frustrating. I’ve spoken with our Service Manager and would appreciate the opportunity to talk with you and work toward a resolution. I’ll call you later this morning. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to look into this further. After speaking with your sales representative, I learned that you shared several window stickers with him and identified this vehicle as your first choice. Once we confirmed your selection with you, we arranged to bring it in from another dealership. I understand your disappointment in learning that it did not include the accessories you had expected. I also understand you spoke with our Sales Manager earlier, and I’m glad you had the opportunity to connect. We appreciate you sharing your concerns with us. — Carole M
