I am a current BMW customer, and my vehicle was totalled in an accident. I looked at BMW Ft Washington, Devon, Main Line and competitiors like Infiniti, Lexus, and Genesis. An appointment to test drive the vehicle was setup promptly and when my husband found a competitor with a competitive price, Scott was able to adapt and win us as customers. We got to the BMW West Chester office, the car was warmed up and ready to be driven. When we choose the final vehichle it had been prepared for immediate sale. Scott exemplified a level of customer service we have NEVER received before. We have been clients of Mercedes, BMW, Volvo and Lexus and Scott is personable and friendly.
