My car was fixed quickly which was better than my last experience. I do not think that people who wait for their cars should be taken ahead of those with appointments which is what happened the last time. experience. I do not like the 3% credit card surcharge. Credit cards have been around for decades and are already built into your margins. Why now? I think it says something about the dealership. I will strongly consider servicing my car at another dealer who does not have a surcharge just as a matter of principle. More
