★★★★★ Fantastic Family Experience — Ask for Lauren! We recently visited the dealership on a busy Saturday to look at a Certified Pre-Owned 2025 BMW X5 M60i as our new primary family vehicle. Even thou We recently visited the dealership on a busy Saturday to look at a Certified Pre-Owned 2025 BMW X5 M60i as our new primary family vehicle. Even though we didn't have an appointment, Lauren graciously accommodated us and managed to seamlessly fit us into her schedule while she was juggling another client. She absolutely delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. She made sure both my wife and I had ample time behind the wheel, and even ensured our daughters could ride along to give their stamp of approval as passengers. Lauren was also a great sport and incredibly forgiving when my wife decided to floor the 523-hp beast—it definitely sold us on the car! Beyond being funny, cheerful, and making the entire process genuinely enjoyable, Lauren really knows her stuff. She walked us through all the vehicle's features with ease. Her expertise is backed by firsthand experience, as she currently drives an X5 herself and has owned several over the years. When it came down to the details, Lauren was completely on top of it. She coordinated the removal of the front license plate for us and handled all the financing and final vehicle pickup arrangements without a hitch. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, personable, and highly accommodating professional, ask for Lauren. We couldn't be happier with our new X5 M60i! More

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dealership and their team. This was my second BMW vehicle purchase, and while the first was not too bad - this was hands down the best experience I h dealership and their team. This was my second BMW vehicle purchase, and while the first was not too bad - this was hands down the best experience I have ever had. I submitted an online request for information on a certified X5 and had a response from Kyle within 10 minutes of the dealership opening the following morning (via my specified preferred method of contact thank goodness). We emailed back and forth all day working out a deal on the vehicle and right off the bat I was impressed - Kyle was exceptionally professional and kind, and the team was very generous during the negotiation process. By mid-morning the following day, we had a closed deal. I came to the dealership at our agreed-upon time, was met promptly by Kyle, given a bottle of water, and got right into looking over the vehicle. I was extremely pleased to see that the car was fully ready to go upon my arrival - washed, license plate installed, waiting for me to get right in. Never once did I feel rushed - Kyle spent so much time going over all of the vehicle's features and ensuring I was set up before I left. I also cannot say enough praise for Jayson, my finance manager. I can only imagine the work he put in with the banks to get me into my new car at a reasonable price and I truly cannot thank him enough. I've never fully enjoyed a conversation with a finance manager during a car purchase, but that changed on this day. We had a lot of good conversation, he answered all of my questions, and didn't push me into anything additional that I didn't want. The team here at BMW of West Chester made this the easiest, most stress-free car purchasing experience I have ever had in my life and I, again, cannot thank them enough. They have earned a life-long customer as long as I remain in the area and in a BMW vehicle. If you're in the market for a vehicle, you have to go see these two gentlemen - they will absolutely take perfect care of you and do everything they can on their side to get you into your new car. Whatever they're being paid - it's not enough. THANK YOU Kyle & Jayson! More
