Even though we didn't have an appointment, Lauren graciously accommodated us and managed to seamlessly fit us into her schedule while she was juggling another client. She absolutely delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. She made sure both my wife and I had ample time behind the wheel, and even ensured our daughters could ride along to give their stamp of approval as passengers. Lauren was also a great sport and incredibly forgiving when my wife decided to floor the 523-hp beast—it definitely sold us on the car!
