I came in seeking a simple part, and they try to up-sell me a ridiculous un-needed diagnostic test. This was for a windshield wiper. I don't blame the attendant, but the whole system. Consistency in customer service makes me be loyal to the brand and this happened in the last 12 years. All family is upgraded but one thing is constants Toyota because we love the reliability and attention brand and this happened in the last 12 years.
