Hi, this is Eric Seyboldt. My son, Lukas, brought the 2022 Tacoma in for its service. I guess I’m disappointed in two things. First, Lukas pointed out to the advisor that there was rust starting to form. The vehicle is only 2 years old. The advice Lukas got was to take it to a body shop, Toyota wasn’t going to fix it. Rust after only 2 years and Toyota not standing behind their product quality? Second, Lukas pointed out that there was a gap on the hood scoop. He was told that a clamp was missing and it would be repaired during the visit but it wasn’t. More
